CAR PARKING

Car Parking must be pre arranged for your hair stylist, otherwise any costs associated with parking will be invoiced to you, payable on the day.

HAIR SERVICES

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide the best hair services to our clients. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the results of your hair service, please let us know within 7 days of the original appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

2. Complimentary Corrections: In case of dissatisfaction, we offer one complimentary correction session for the specific hair service you received. The correction session must be scheduled within 14 days of the initial appointment.

3. Consultation: We highly recommend and encourage you to communicate your preferences and desired outcomes during the initial consultation before the hair service begins. This will help us understand your needs better and deliver results that align with your expectations.

4. Realistic Expectations: While we make every effort to achieve your desired look, it is essential to recognize that hair services may have limitations based on factors such as hair texture, condition, and previous treatments. We will provide professional advice during the consultation to manage expectations realistically.

5. External Treatments: If you undergo any external hair treatments or use hair products not recommended by our salon after the initial appointment and before the correction session, the complimentary service may be voided.

6. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for hair services. The complimentary correction session is the sole remedy for addressing any dissatisfaction.

7. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your complimentary correction session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the complimentary service.

8. Modification of Services: If you request a modification to your original hair service during the complimentary correction session, additional charges may apply based on the complexity of the changes.

9. Attitude and Conduct: We uphold a respectful and professional environment for our clients and staff. Any inappropriate behavior or abusive language towards our team members will result in the termination of the complimentary correction session, and you may be asked to leave the premises.

10. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for the scheduled complimentary correction session without prior notice, you will forfeit the opportunity for the complimentary service.

11. Liability Release: By availing of our hair services, you acknowledge that all hair treatments carry inherent risks. You release our salon and its employees from any liability for damages, injuries, or allergic reactions resulting from the hair service, including the complimentary correction session.

12. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions for hair services if deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.

13. By booking a hair service with our salon, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the hair services or these terms, please feel free to discuss them with us during the initial consultation or contact us at any time.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

Terms and Conditions for Hair Extension Application at SUITE ROOM HAIR

1. Consultation:

   • Prior to the hair extension application, we require all clients to undergo a thorough consultation with one of our certified stylists.

   • During the consultation, the stylist will assess your hair type, condition, and suitability for hair extensions.

   • You will be provided with information about the different types of hair extensions available, application methods, and maintenance requirements.

2. Client Eligibility:

   • Hair extensions may not be suitable for everyone. Clients with specific medical conditions, allergies, or severe hair damage may be advised against the application.

   • The final decision regarding the eligibility for hair extensions will be made by our certified stylist during the consultation.

3. Cost and Payment:

   • The cost of hair extension application will be discussed during the consultation, taking into account the type of extensions and the desired result.

   • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment for the hair extension application.

   • Full payment for the hair extension application is due on the day of the appointment, prior to the commencement of the service.

4. Application Process:

   • The hair extension application will be performed by our certified and experienced stylists using professional-grade materials and techniques.

   • We will make every effort to achieve the desired result while maintaining the health and integrity of your natural hair.

5. Aftercare and Maintenance:

   • Proper aftercare and maintenance are essential to ensure the longevity and quality of your hair extensions.

   • You will be provided with aftercare instructions and recommendations for products suitable for your hair extensions.

   • Regular maintenance appointments may be required to adjust and reposition the extensions as your natural hair grows.

6. Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities:

   • Although rare, some individuals may experience allergic reactions or sensitivities to the materials used in hair extensions or adhesives.

   • It is your responsibility to inform the stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities before the application process.

7. Results and Expectations:

   • We will make every effort to achieve your desired look and outcome with the hair extension application.

   • However, results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and adherence to aftercare guidelines.

   • It is important to have realistic expectations regarding the length, volume, and style achievable with hair extensions.

8. Refunds and Adjustments:

   • Refunds for hair extension application are generally not offered unless there are significant issues arising from the application process itself.

   • If you encounter any concerns after the application, please notify us within 72 hours, and we will assess the situation and address any necessary adjustments.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   • If you need to cancel or reschedule your hair extension application appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

10. Liability Release:

    • By undergoing the hair extension application at our salon, you acknowledge that hair extensions carry inherent risks, and you release SUITE ROOM HAIR and its employees from any liability for damages, injuries, or complications arising from the service.

WEDDING HAIR & MAKEUP 

These terms and conditions govern the agreement between the client (referred to as "you" or "the client") and SUITE ROOM HAIR (referred to as "we," "our," or "the stylist") for wedding hair and makeup services. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Deposit:

   • To secure the wedding hair and makeup services, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount and payment method will be specified during the booking process.

   • The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost, with the remaining balance due on or before the wedding day.

2. Trial Session:

   • A trial session is highly recommended before the wedding day to discuss and finalize your desired hair and makeup look.

   • The trial session fee is separate from the wedding day service cost and is payable at the time of the trial appointment.

3. Service Location:

   • Our mobile hair stylist will travel to the location specified by you for the wedding hair and makeup services.

   • Any additional travel expenses, such as parking fees or tolls, will be added to the total service cost and communicated to you in advance.

4. Client Preparation:

   • It is your responsibility to ensure that your hair and face are clean and free from any products before the stylist's arrival.

   • If you have any specific requirements or allergies regarding hair and makeup products, please inform the stylist in advance.

5. Service Duration:

   • The duration of the hair and makeup services will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

   • You are responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon schedule to ensure timely completion of services for the entire wedding party, if applicable.

6. Cancellations and Changes:

   • Cancellations made by the client within [X] days of the wedding date will forfeit the deposit.

   • Any changes to the booking, including the wedding date, location, or service details, must be communicated to the stylist as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

7. Additional Services:

   • Any additional services requested by you or members of the wedding party on the day of the event will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Liability and Risks:

   • The stylist will take all reasonable care and precautions during the hair and makeup services.

   • However, the client acknowledges that individual reactions to hair and makeup products are possible, and the stylist shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.

9. Photographs and Promotion:

   • The stylist may request to take photographs of the completed hair and makeup look for portfolio and promotional purposes.

   • By agreeing to the terms and conditions, your consent is valid to uploading onto social media, internet, and website for SUITE ROOM HAIR business use only.

10. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, accidents, or natural disasters, preventing the stylist from providing the services, every effort will be made to arrange an alternative solution or a full refund of the deposit.

11. Modification of Terms:

    • The stylist reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions for wedding hair and makeup booking if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.
